3. Service Terms

Use of our services is subject to:

• Users must be at least 25 years old with valid driving license
• Minimum 3 years driving experience required
• Accurate and complete information must be provided
• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• Compliance with all Singapore traffic laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in racing, stunts, or reckless driving
• Use vehicles for commercial purposes without authorization
• Sublet or transfer vehicle access to others
• Modify or tamper with vehicle systems

5. Payment and Pricing

All pricing is in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment is required in advance. Additional charges may apply for mileage exceeding agreed limits, damage, or late returns.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to service fees paid.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
